   ordering information

Below are the four basic forms necessary to purchase services through the Central Texas CASU. It is fast, cost-efficient and easy to use.

If you have questions or need assistance placing an order, Contact Us. Our Sabre CASU Team can help guide you through the process.

  • RCA Template: This is a Request for Contract Action document template. This will serve as a coversheet from the customer to CT CASU, and will include a task summary, list of enclosures, and points of contact. Once the applicable information has been included, it should be printed on customer letterhead, and signed by the customer.

  • SOW Template: This is the comprehensive Statement of Work template. This template has been set up to include all pertinent information relating to the task, including period of performance, key personnel, security requirements, as well as basic information regarding the work to be performed and the labor categories.

  • IGCE Example: The Independent Government Cost Estimate will show what the expected costs are associated with the procurement. Final version should include a summary page, as well as a tab/sheet for each period of performance and option period, or for each task. Labor categories, labor rates, expected number of hours, and other direct costs (ODC?s) should all be included. The ?notes? tab on the template includes information about the calculation of the labor rates.

  • MIPR Instructions: It is very important that the MIPR be filled in as per the template so that all necessary information is included. This document includes basic instructions as well as a sample MIPR which can be used as a model.

Additional forms may be necessary dependent upon the requirement.
